Project Delta 1: Dual Captaincy starts Series I as the 1st book of David Chlebowski's 24th Century fiction. It begins with Fleet Admiral Chlebowski commanding a new Nebula-class Federation starship USS Fulcrum II. He tries to defend his starbase from disputes that could spill into its border near known Federation space. Captains and admirals ranked below him routinely try to revoke his freedoms as he maintains command of the starbase and the starship. Fleet Admiral Chlebowski even meets people.
Concluding the Project Delta 1st Trilogy continues David Chlebowski's fiction by discussing starship command since mid-2379. The story goes on by the same role as I mentioned in the 1st book.
Project Delta Book 3: Indefensible Punishment begins the 3rd book of Series I as Fleet Admiral Chlebowski maintains his starship command and his starbase command from early 2380 to mid-2381. Again, the fleet admiral gets targeted as captains and admirals ranked below him try to revoke his freedoms and his leadership efforts. He meets new people in the community.
